Educational Qualifications of NAVY SSR VACANCIES 2022
Must be needed NAVY SSR VACANCIE Qualified in 10+2 examination. and with Maths & Physics and at least
one of these subjects:- Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science from the Boards of School Education
recognised by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.
Age Limit for NAVY SSR VACANCIES
Candidates should be born between 01 Nov 1999 – 30 Apr 2005 . Govt gives age limit relief only first batch so you have golden chance.
Marital Status NAVY SSR VACANCIES
Only unmarried male and unmarried female candidates are eligible for
enrolment as Agniveer in the Indian Navy. Candidates must undertake not to marry until completion
of their ab-initio training. A candidate may be dismissed from service if he/she marries during abinitio training or is found to be already married in-spite of giving an undertaking regarding the same
Duration of Service NAVY SSR
The Agniveers shall be enrolled in the Indian Navy under the Navy Act
1957, for a period of four years. Agniveers would form a distinct rank in the Indian Navy, different
from any other existing ranks. Indian Navy is not obliged to retain the Agniveers beyond the
engagement period of four years
Leave After joining NAVY SSR Per year
30 days leave per year shall be applicable for Agniveers. Additionally, sick leave would
be applicable based on medical advice of competent medical authority.
Pay scale , Allowances and Allied Benefits of NAVY SSR
Agniveers will be paid a package of ₹30,000 per
month with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, risk and hardship, dress and travel allowances will
be paid.

Life Insurance Cover NAVY SSR
Agniveer will be provided non-contributory Life Insurance Cover of
Rs. 48 lakh for the duration of their engagement period.
Death Compensation. In addition to insurance cover of Rs. 48 Lakh, one time ex-gratia of
Rs. 44 Lakh for death attributable to service, will be provided to the NOK.
- Disability Compensation. One time ex-gratia of Rs. 44/ 25/ 15 Lakh based on % of
disability (100%/ 75%/ 50%) shall be applicable to Agniveers.

Merit List.
Merit list will be prepared based on performance in written examination, subject to
qualification in Physical Fitness Test. Merit List for Agniveer (SSR) – male and female will be based
on state-wise merit. The cut off marks for issue of call up letter for Recruitment Medical
Examination at INS Chilka may vary from state to state
Minimum Height Standards for navy ssr
Minimum height standards for male is 157 cms and for female is 152 cms.
(e) The candidate must be in good physical and mental health, free from any disease/ disability
likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duties both ashore and afloat under peace as
well as war conditions

For this entry, the candidates can apply ONLINE ONLY on the official website
www.joinindiannavy.gov.in from 15 Jul 22 to 22 Jul 22. The procedure is available on
Indian Navy official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. Candidates are advised to fill
up correct details while filling the online application. Any updates/ corrections are
to be carried out by the candidate before the last date of submission of application.
No further correction/ update is feasible after the last date of submission of
application. Incorrect declaration of information by candidates, identified at any
stage would result in cancellation of candidature.
